Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to start a return
Email us at vonvontrashservice@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return, and we'll send you instructions.

Condition
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the condition you received them.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you and process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
